ALLEGIANT TAKES FLIGHT TO WASHINGTON D.C. / BALTIMORE FROM THREE NEW CITIES WITH FARES AS LOW AS $39

WASHINGTON D.C. May 19, 2016 — Allegiant this week launches new, nonstop service to Washington D.C. / Baltimore via the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) from Asheville, North Carolina; Knoxville, Tennessee and Tulsa, Oklahoma. To celebrate the new flights, Allegiant, known for its exceptional travel deals, is offering one-way fares on the new routes for as low as $39.*

“We’re very excited to officially kick off these three new routes to Washington D.C. via BWI,” said Jude Bricker, Allegiant chief operating officer. “Travelers in Asheville, Knoxville and Tulsa now have an affordable and convenient way to visit our nation’s capital this summer. We also know that Baltimore area travelers will take advantage of these new flights to visit Asheville, Tulsa and Knoxville.”

Routes beginning include seasonal nonstop service to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) from:

  1. Asheville, North Carolina via Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) – begins May 19, 2016 with fares as low as $46**
  2. Tulsa, Oklahoma via Tulsa International Airport (TUL) – begins May 19, 2016 with fares as low as $69**
  3. Knoxville, Tennessee via McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) – begins May 20, 2016 with fares as low as $39*

The new flights will each operate twice weekly. Flight days, times and the lowest fares can be found only at Allegiant.com.
