Due to Hurricane Joaquin potentially impacting our area this weekend, we have postponed our live broadcast to Sunday, November 1st.

Talkin’ Birds is an interactive live radio show about wild birds and the beauty of nature—attracting birds to your backyard, feeding them, and learning more about them. Host Ray Brown will interview Brad Knudsen, Refuge Manager, and John French, Center Director at the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center.

Ray Brown is a bird lover and a broadcast veteran with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial and public radio and television.

The broadcast is free and will be held at the National Wildlife Visitor Center. It is located at 10901 Scarlet Tanager Loop, Laurel, MD, just off Powder Mill Road, between the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and MD Rt. 197.

Please arrive early as the show will start promptly at 9:30 AM.
