Live Radio Broadcast Open to the Public at the National Wildlife Visitor Center

The public is invited to attend a live radio broadcast of Ray Brown’s Talkin’ Birds at the Patuxent Research Refuge National Wildlife Visitor Center on Sunday, October 4, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Ray Brown’s Talkin’ Birds is a weekly interactive radio program about wild birds and the beauty of nature. It features expert guests, includes topics such as attracting birds to your backyard, feeding them, and learning more about them, and encourages preservation and protection of our environment.

Host Ray Brown, bird lover and broadcast veteran with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial and public radio and television, will interview Brad Knudsen, Patuxent Research Refuge Manager, and John French, Center Director at the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center.

This free event is sponsored by the Patuxent Research Refuge, the Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, and the Friends of Patuxent.
