Final Prince George’s County Disparity Study Public Hearing & Contract Opportunity Information Session


Reminder to participate in the final Prince George’s County Disparity Study public hearing and contract opportunity information session this Thursday, August 20. The study is highly beneficial for member organizations, as input from businesses may be used to shape and improve programs for certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE’s)/County Based Businesses (CBB’s), potentially increasing business opportunities.

Prince George’s County has contracted MGT of America, Inc. to conduct a Disparity Study to evaluate the use of MBE’s and CBB’s. Regional business owners are invited to provide information about their experiences doing business or attempting to do business with Prince George’s County at the upcoming public hearing.

Immediately following the public hearing, Prince George’s County will host an information session about upcoming contract opportunities within the County. Business owners will have an opportunity to speak with the County procurement team and hear directly from agency leadership about growth within the County.
