AACC Alters End of Term and Exam Week Due to Weather Delays

Anne Arundel Community College students will go to class a little longer this term to make up for the weather-delayed openings and days off due to ice or snow. Exam week also has been moved.

Under the revised academic calendar, both the 15-week and 13-week class sessions will end on May 13, with the final exams for those classes occurring May 14-20. The second spring eight-week session and the weekend session were not affected, both ending on May 17 with exams the last day of class. The first eight-week session ends March 15, and the second will begin March 23.

No days have been deleted from the March 16-22 spring break for students. Commencement will remain on May 21 as originally scheduled.

The college will communicate with students, faculty and staff through college emails, social media and the college website, www.aacc.edu, as rooms and schedules are being adjusted. Students are urged to check with their professors for any makeup work or additional information. For the full revised schedule, visit http://www.aacc.edu/collegecalendar.
