AACC Hosts Oct. 21 Debate for County Executive, County Council Candidates

Candidates for Anne Arundel County Council and County Executive races will discuss their views on a variety of issues at a candidate forum from 6 to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, in the Robert E. Kauffman Theater in the Pascal Center for Performing Arts at Anne Arundel Community College.

The forum is hosted by the AACC Center for the Study of Local Issues, the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce and Capital-Gazette Communications. This event provides an opportunity to see how candidates for the county executive’s office and six of the seven council districts respond to prepared questions from a moderator. District 7 Councilman Jerry Walker, R, is unopposed so he will not be participating in the debate.
